Here are the day hikes for the Mountaineering Summit this June 2009.

Sumaging/Cave Connection

Morning:
Long Caving (Lumiang-Sumaging cave connection)
or Short Caving (Sumaging)

Afternoon:
Echo Valley
Bokong Falls

Danum-Mt. Sisipitan (Main Climb)

Overnight camp at Sisipitan
– summit elevation approx. 2295 meters

Marlboro Country-Ampacao-Danum

8:00 AM Depart from camp to Batalao (ride)
8:30 AM Start trek to Marlboro Country
10:00 AM Arrive at Marlboro Country
11:30 AM Sightseeing / Early Lunch
12:00 NN Start trek to Sugong Hanging Coffins
2:30 PM Start trek to Ampacao
2:45 PM Arrival at the peak of Ampacao
4:00 PM Start trek to base camp
5:00 PM Arrive at base camp

Bomod-ok-Pilao-Danum

8:00 AM Trek from Danum to Madongo
9:30 AM Trek from Madongo to Fidelisan
10:30 AM Arrive at Bomod-ok
11:00 AM Lunch + Swimming
1:30 PM Trek to Aguid
2:30 PM Trek from Aguid to Langsayan
3:30 PM Trek from Langsayan to base camp
4:30 PM Arrive at base camp
