Kapangan guides march with SEGA

Members of the Kapangan Environmental Guides Association (KEGA) marched side by side with members of SEGA during the Sagada Fiesta 2009 parade to show strong ties between the two organizations.

   The ties between the two started when the Kapangan LGU invited the members of SEGA to orient the Kapangan guides on how SEGA was formed and how they work as fronliners of the tourism industry in Sagada. The SEGA officials designed a seminar/workshop on caving, guest safety/handling, knot tying, and i think basic fist aiding that was conducted for the Kapangan participants. Its so good to see them join us for fiesta also.
